Marine Operations Agency Malta Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a Maltese registered maritime agency with its registered office at 138 Triq Santa Katarina, Birżebbuġa, BBG1661, Malta. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Maltese Data Protection Act.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, contact number (optional), subject and message. We collect this solely to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, and where you initiate contact about a potential engagement, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a commercial relationship begins, in which case it is retained for the period required by Maltese commercial and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our website host and email provider strictly to deliver the service. Where a port authority, terminal, medical provider or immigration authority must be contacted to fulfil an operational request you have made, we share only what is necessary for that operation.
Third-party services
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated form abuse, and Google Maps to display our location. Both are provided by Google Ireland Limited and are subject to Google’s privacy policy. Google Maps is only loaded once you consent to third-party embeds.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email admin@marineoperationsagency.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
